We will create a customized fitness plan tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Individual and focused attention from one of our qualified trainers will keep you accountable and help you achieve your goals. Sessions will focus on strength training, balance, and mobility and flexibility

Two Person Training

Want an exercise buddy to help keep you on track? We also offer two person sessions. Our trainers will devise an exercise regime for you and a friend to do together. 

Small Group Training

Small Group Training

Gather a group of 3-4 people to experience our small group training sessions. Small groups can provide an environment full of comradery and collaboration. Allow us to put you and your group through a specifically devised program to keep you all fit and having fun!

Session Description

Whether Individual, Two Person or in a Small Group training, every 60 minute session you spend with us we will focus on one or more of the following  areas:

  • Cardiovascular Exercise
  • Strengthening & Muscle Toning
  • Flexibility
  • Gait, Posture and Balance Training
  • Nutritional Assessment
