Want an exercise buddy to help keep you on track? We also offer two person sessions. Our trainers will devise an exercise regime for you and a friend to do together.
Gather a group of 3-4 people to experience our small group training sessions. Small groups can provide an environment full of comradery and collaboration. Allow us to put you and your group through a specifically devised program to keep you all fit and having fun!
